The creator of Atlas Craft Coffee, Felipe brings his passion for international cultures and connecting people. While completing his graduate degree in International Trade and Economic Diplomacy, Felipe worked in specialty coffee in Carmel-by-the-Sea, an upscale coveted destination city in California. In college, Felipe studied abroad in China and Spain and has continued to travel to more than 20 countries. Felipe became captivated by his experiences in cafes all over the world as they provided a window into the unique culture of a country. Opting to sacrifice his opportunity for a career in government, Felipe pursued sharing his passion for the beauty of international cultures and flavors.
